APP Usage: Our app currently only supports email registration,registering an account with a mobile phone number is not supported.
Warm reminder:
- When recording fingerprints, please ensure your fingers are dry. It is recommended to record from multiple angles and to register multiple fingerprints. If you encounter any issues while recording your fingerprint, you may first exit the APP, log in again, and then proceed with the fingerprint registration.
- Please charge the lock before use.
- Please read the user manual before use.
- When adding authorized users the app may ask for access to your contacts. This is not required for normal usage.
- The lock has a weatherproof rating of IP65. It can be used outdoors but it is not recommended to submerge in water and extreme weather or temperature conditions may damage the battery.
- If your lock has died or will not open you may need to use a power bank to charge the battery.
- Please ensure the fingerprint lock module and your fingers are dry when using the fingerprint unlocking feature.
