Description:
Having a lid prevents accidental spills. It keeps the contents clean and guards against skimming. It has a food grade EPDM (ethyl propylene diene monomer) gasket that provides a secure seal. The tear strip creates a tamper-evident seal when placed on a pail (with hand or mallet) and cannot be removed until the tear-tab is torn off. Once the tear tab is removed, the lid can still be used, but will not be tamper-evident.
